Peptamen Af Smartflex 500ml

Peptamen® AF is a nutritional enteral, semi-elemental, complete, ready to use, enriched in proteins, no fibers. Peptamen® AF contains proteins based on 100 % of peptides (whey) short-chain to a tolerance of optimum and 50% of MCT for better digestibility. Of omega-3 fatty acids have been added to the feed. Peptamen® AF is available in SmartFlex and can be administered continuously or in bolus.

Peptamen® AF is a dietetic food in case of malnutrition or risk of malnutrition for patients seriously ill. Peptamen® AF may be used as the sole source of power.

Peptamen® AF is a dietetic food for medical use and must be used under medical supervision. This food oral not suitable for children. Peptamen® AF cannot be administered by the parenteral route (I. V.) and do not mix drugs or d?other nutrients in this product.

Dosage: Use 500 ml of Peptamen® AF in addition to the power and 1000-1500ml if Peptamen® AF is used as the sole source of nutrition or following a doctor's advice. Administered Peptamen® AF tube at room temperature.

Conservation: The Smartflex® not opened should be stored in a cool, dry place until the expiration date shown on the?packaging. After opening, the Smartflex® should be consumed within 24 hours. The Smartflex® open must be plugged and kept in the refrigerator.
