ERGY 3 is an association of original oils of anchovies and sardines in the wild, rich in essential fatty acids Omega 3 (EPA and DHA).

It is recognized that the intake of EPA and DHA at a dose of 250 mg per day supports heart function.

Wild fish oils, vitamin E of natural origin.

Oil of wild fish 2000 mg
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 360 mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 240 mg
