Relaxin is a sedative herbal.
The sedative effects of valerian extract are in particular attributable to the presence of acids, sesquiterpene acids valérénique and/or one of its derivatives). Standardization ensures a consistency of the activity sedative Relaxin.
1 to 2 tablets per day, to be taken with a glass of water, 1/2h before going to bed.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Each coated tablet contains 500 mg of hydroalcoholic extract of dried valerian (Valeriana officinalis).
