Tips & Tricks:
In the case of stress or emotional shock : 3 drops HECT Chamomile noble on the solar plexus
and/or the method Olfactory : apply 2 drops HECT Chamomile noble on the inner side of the wrists, hands together in the cathedral and then cover the nose with hands clasped and practice a long and deep inspiration, repeated 2 to 3 times successively. Can be repeated at will according to the demand.
