The dressing on the collagen in Suprasorb C Has a porous structure with a large activity in capillary and is therefore able to absorb the liquid. Thanks to this physical property, the cell debris (necrosis and deposits fibrineux seconded by example) as well as proteases and inflammatory cytokines are encompassed with the continuous absorption of the exudate. This promotes and accelerates the formation of granulation tissue. Migration of fibroblasts is induced and the synthesis of collagen is stimulated. Thanks to the continuous supply of the lesion in the collagen of high quality during the phase of granulation and at the beginning of the phase of epithelialization, the formation of fibers and fibrils of endogenous collagen is favored. The migration and proliferation required epidermal cells is promoted by the constitution of the wound bed. This promotes the healing process.
