The dressing Tegaderm Foam consists of a foam cushion in flexible polyurethane, with the back of a film porous. It prevents the leaking fluid, traumatic, avoids the bacterial contamination (antimicrobial effect) and is breathable (allows gas exchange). In addition, the wound dressing is characterized by a very good absorption capacity, but does not swell.
