Mepiform® is a dressing end and discreet, with silicone coating, after the patented technology Safetac®.

Mepiform is indicated for the treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids, whether old or recent. It can also be used in the prevention of post-operative scars closed,

Thanks to the silicone coating, after the technology Safetac® unique and patented : Mepiform allows a withdrawal atraumatique1, 3, 6, 7 to the wound and painless for the patient5.

For best results, Mepiform should be worn 24h/24. The bandage can be removed at the time of the shower/ bath for the inspection and washing of the scar. Once the skin is clean and dry, the same dressing can be reapplied. When the adhesive properties of the Mepiform are no longer satisfactory, a new bandage will be applied.
