Adults : 1 to 3 capsules per day

Double or triple the dose in case of need or on the advice of your doctor/pharmacist.


For people with difficulty swallowing the capsule, the contents of the capsules may be either dissolved in water or mixed with a small portion of food.

Avoid taking with soft drinks or a hot meal.
