CHIA SEEDS
Source of protein and unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3). Without salt. Chia seeds are rich in unsaturated fatty acids (nearly 90% of the fat) and natural antioxidants (flavonoids 375 mg/100 g), which protect against oxidation and premature ageing. Thanks to the high fiber content, chia seeds can be useful for correcting of the food shortages. They have a good influence on the intestinal transit and provide a sense of satiety. Without the addition of preservatives or dyes.
Ingredients: chia seed (Salvia hispanica L.).
Mode of employment: the seeds can be milled. Mix 1 teaspoon, 2 times per day, in the plant milk, yogurt, juice, cereal, etc .. One can also soak the seeds, to swell the mucilages.
Conservation: keep dry and cool.
