What is the cough?

Coughing is a natural reflex and vital defense of the body which aims at freeing the airways. The cough can be of different natures : the cough said to be productive, associated with sputum (secretions of mucus) and dry cough so-called non-productive without sputum.

The dry cough is accompanied by a tingling sensation in the throat and intensifies usually at night, thus altering the quality of life. In case of doubt about the nature of the cough, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

What is Balso Junior syrup?

Balso Junior is a syrup for the treatment of irritation of the throat associated with dry cough.

Balso Junior has been specifically designed to be administered to children over 6 years of age.

Balso Junior syrup is a syrup, sugar-free, dye-free and paraben-free, strawberry flavoured.

How does it work?

By its composition, Balso CALM Junior syrup forms a protective film and moistens the throat, which helps to calm the irritation associated with dry cough, including that caused by some external factors such as the presence of cigarette smoke, pollution, dust, dry air

Angeborene Fruktoseunverträglichkeit (kongenitale Fructosämie), da das enthaltene Maltit im Körper zu Fruktose abgebaut wird.

Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Wenden Sie sich year Ihren Arzt, wenn erschwerende Anzeichen incure zum trockenen Husten auftreten (z. B. Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen, nicht länger als 3 Tage anhaltendes Fieber, wiederholtes Erbrechen, Schwierigkeiten bei der Nahrungsaufnahme, Durchfall, Verhaltensänderungen oder Schlafstörungen). Zwar ist Husten meist auf eine Virusinfektion der Atemwege zurückzuführen, er kann aber auch ein Anzeichen einer schwerwiegenderen Erkrankung sein, die entsprechend behandelt werden muss (z. B. eine Kehlkopfentzündung, Lungenkrankheit oder Asthma).

Wenn versehentlich Sirup in die Nase, Augen oder Ohren gelangt, mit Kochsalzlösung ausspülen.
