LEVEL 2 CREAM : Viscosity (cP or mPa.s) 1000, for drinks (water, tea, fruit juice, milk, soda) to 2.5 mesurettes, for nutritional Supplements, oral liquids 3 mesurettes or 2 sachets of 7 g

LEVEL 3 MASHED THICK : - Viscosity (cP or mPa.s) 2000, for the drinks (water, tea, fruit juice, milk, soda) 3 mesurettes or 2 sachets of 7 grams , for nutritional Supplements, oral liquids 3,5 mesurettes

The thickening is done at hot or cold and remains stable in time. Once thickened, the product will keep as a food and can be frozen.
