Indications

Mode of employment

take 2 capsules with a good amount of water 1 to 2 times per day, as follows :

in the morning, a quarter of an hour to half an hour before breakfast ;

in the evening before bedtime (in case of taken 1 time per day, this is the best time).

To facilitate the decision, the contents of the capsule can also be diluted in water.

Children :

Children and babies : open the capsule and dilute the contents in a little water or warm milk.

Store preferably in a cool (< 18° c), in tightly closed container, in a dry place and out of reach of young children.
