The Plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.). Widespread throughout France, the great Plantain helps to cope with seasonal problems mainly respiratory and helps us to face the winter with confidence.

The Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.). From the most humid regions of the countries of Europe (Denmark, Scotland, England) but also Russia, the officinal marsh Mallow is used in herbal medicine to soothe and soften the airways.

The Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.). A native of central Europe, the Elderberry is particularly widespread in Switzerland and in all areas of Europe with a temperate climate. It is used in herbal medicine to help with breathing, stimulate the natural defenses and contribute to the physical well-being.

The Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.). A native of the Eastern Mediterranean region (Balkans and Asia Minor, and Western Asia, lemon Balm is used in herbal medicine to improve breathing comfort. It is also known to promote quality sleep.

Reserved for children from 1 year.

• 1 to 3 years : Take 5 ml in the morning after breakfast and 5 ml before going to bed.
• 4 to 6 years : Take 7.5 ml in the morning after breakfast and 7.5 ml before going to bed.
• After 7 years of age : Take 10 ml in the morning after breakfast and 10 ml before going to bed.

Can be used in program 5 to 10 days depending on the age of the child, which is renewable if necessary.
