30 mg Crocus to saffron, pistils (Crocus sativus, standardized to 2 % safranal, SAFR'INSIDE®)
680 mg of Rhodiola rosea or root of rose (Sedum roseum, standardized to 3 % rosavines and 1 % salidroside)
22.5 mg zinc (as zinc bisglycinate zinc chelated, = 225 % guideline daily*)
6 mg vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (429 % guideline daily*)
400 mcg of folic acid in the form directly active acid 5-méthyltétrahydropholique or 5-MTHF (200 % guideline daily*)
100 mcg of vitamin B12 in the form directly to the active methylcobalamin (4000 % guideline daily*)
25 mcg or 1000 IU vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 500 % guideline daily*)
