In the full formula CARTILATON is a combination 70/30 ideal forms easily absorbable and scientifically studied turmeric and boswellia, that help to move freely. For optimal effect, CARTILATON also contains the membrane of egg-shell, collagen type 2 native, MSM, silica, vitamin C and manganese.

700 mg (Curcuma longa) (phytosome turmeric, Meriva®) 300 mg Boswellia serrata (phytosome of incense tree, Casperome®)
300 mg membrane of egg shell (Ovomet®)
40 mg collagen type 2 Native or Non-denatured, NC II (B2Cool®, 25 % or 10 mg of type II collagen)
500 mg MSM or Methylsulfonylmethane
180 mg Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, 225 % AR*)
10 mg Silica (silica), made by 144 mg of horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense)
1 mg Manganese (50 % AR*), made by 6.25 mg bisglycinate manganese

4 V-capsules per day, spread over 2 or 3 meals, with a large glass of water. A foit the desired effect is obtained, switch to 3 to 2 times 1 capsule per day (for the elasticity of the skin and the rédution wrinkles : 2 capsules/day).
