The Krill, small shrimp from the cold waters, is a species of zooplankton marine. The Krill oil Physalis is extracted from the Euphausia superba. Krill oil is very rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The omega 3 in krill oil are present as phospholipids which are much better assimilated by the body. In addition to these fatty acids, krill oil is rich in astaxanthin.
