Fish oil Physalis contains polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 EPA (36%) and DHA (26%) in a natural ratio of EPA / DHA of 1.5. Our power supply provides proportionally too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. This is why supplements rich in EPA and DHA are recommended. DHA contributes to the good state of brain function and the view (** the beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA). EPA and DHA help to maintain the blood pressure and the rate of triglycerides to a normal level (the beneficial effects are obtained by daily consumption of 3 g and 2 g of EPA + DHA, respectively).
