Nutritional supplement in the form of soft capsules, the Calcidyn contains vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 combined with omega-3. Both of these fat-soluble vitamins are co-factors essential in the metabolism of calcium.

Fish oil (18% EPA 12% DHA) 470 mg

Vitamin K2 45µg (100% RDA)

Vitamin D3 5 µg (100% RDA)

Children (< 12 years): 1 capsule per day during the meal

Adults: 2 x 1 capsule per day during the meal
