TherabelMagnepamyl® Opti + is a food supplement based of various organic salts of magnesium, taurine, several B vitamins and vitamin D which work synergistically in the body.
It is presented in the form of capsules to be swallowed with water.
Magnepamyl® Opti + contains a high dosage of magnesium citrate and glycerophosphate of magnesium, taurine and high doses of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and D.
The two specific salts of magnesium include:
- a very good bioavailability and a high resorption by the body;
- a very good gastrointestinal tolerance;
- an optimization of the effects of the magnesium.
The magnesium and vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute in a synergistic way:
- to the psychological functions normal;
- to reduce fatigue.
Magnesium and vitamin D contribute in a synergistic way:
- a function of normal muscle;
- the maintenance of the bone structure normal;
- for cell division.
Magnesium is recommended in the following situations:
- the periods during which the magnesium is expected to contribute to muscle contraction normal;
- periods of stress;
- the periods of fatigue.
The importance of magnesium:
Magnesium is a mineral which is of great importance for our health. It plays an essential role in over 300 enzymatic reactions including those involved in energy metabolism.
Magnesium is, also, an element that contributes to the transmission of nerve impulses between cells, to the synthesis of normal proteins and to the maintenance of normal bone. In the cell, the magnesium supports the electrolyte balance.

Dose daily maintenance:
Take 2 capsules of Magnepamyl® Opti + 1 times a day, swallowing them with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
Daily Dose in case of increased needs:
Take 2 capsules of Magnepamyl® Opti + 2 times a day, swallowing them with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
