Vigorously shake the bottle. Consume the product pure or diluted in water or fruit juice, during meals, in the morning or at noon.

Loading Dose: adults and children from 12 years: drink 25 ml corresponding to 2000 mg of royal jelly pure per day.

Maintenance Dose: adults and children from 12 years: drink 12.5 ml corresponding to 1000 mg of royal jelly pure per day.
Children 6 to 12 years: drink and 6.25 ml, corresponding to 500 mg of royal jelly.

Children 3 to 6 years: drink 3 ml corresponding to 250 mg of royal jelly (for medical advice recommended). Consume the entire bottle without interruption. Keep cool after opening and consume the product within one month. It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily amount. Not recommended for people allergic to hive products, and in the case of asthma.
