Vigorously shake the bottle. Consume the product pure or diluted in water or fruit juice, during meals, in the morning or at noon. Loading Dose: drink 25 ml corresponding to 2000 mg of royal jelly pure per day. Maintenance Dose: drink 12.5 ml corresponding to 1000 mg of royal jelly pure per day. Consume the entire bottle without interruption. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge.

It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily amount. Not recommended for people allergic to hive products, and in the case of asthma. The food supplements may not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, balanced and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Suitable for vegetarians.
