This energy drink can also be used to ensure a loading of glycogen levels during the days preceding a competition.

carbohydrates 98 g, protein 0 g, fat 0 g. Value/energy intake: 1641 kJ (392 kcal).
Ingredients:
maltodextrin, fructose, glucose, flavouring, sodium chloride (sodium chloride), phosphate monopotassium, magnesium citrate.
Features
When it is rather cool/cold and you sweat less, it is more important to absorb the sugar instead of the liquid. In this case, an energy drink is a better choice than a thirst-quenching, pure and simple. Energy Drink is a drink hypertonic that brings you a lot of energy and less fluid intake (water is reduced). Drink Energy Drink can also be used the day before and after the competition in order to complete quickly the glycogen stores.
Product available in 2 versions (2 flavors): lemon and tropical fruit.

Drink sports when it is rather cool/cold weather (temperatures low): dilute 1 dose (= 68 g = 4 mesurettes) in 500 ml of cold water.
During the effort: 125 ml every 15 minutes.
Loaded glycogen stores before a competition: 2 times 500 ml per day.
