Energy drink is extremely rich in carbohydrates, inter alia in order to (re)constitute the glycogen stores in athletes.

Preparation: mix 1 serving (= 64 g = 4 mesurettes) in 500 ml of cold water.
As a beverage sports: 125 ml every 15 minutes during the effort.
In order to (re)constitute its glycogen stores before a match: 2 times 500 ml per day.
