Phytalgic 45 Capsules

Soothing effect in case of joints sensitive;

Wild-fish-oil 1350 mg, extract of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica, stinging nettle) 150 mg, zinc 15 mg (100 % RDA), natural vitamin E 10 mg (100 % of the RDA).

3 capsules per day: 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, to be taken during the meal (cure of 3 months without interruption).
