The scientific studies on the absorption of essential fatty acids in cell membranes suggest that it takes more or less three months to completely renew the tissues and do away with the adverse effects of a deficiency in omega-3 fatty acids. Consequently, it is advisable to take regular OM3 JUNIOR for a period of three months. You can often already see the first improvements within the first few weeks. After a period of three months, you can try to limit the intake of OM3 JUNIOR by making use of a diet extremely rich in omega-3 (eat three times per week fatty fish).

OM3 JUNIOR is intended for children from the age of 6 years. Capsules/capsules of OM3 JUNIOR can be swallowed or chewed (depending on the preferences of the child).
Children 6 to 10 years: 2 to 3 capsules/capsules per day.
Children 11 to 15 years: 3 to 4 capsules/capsules per day at the beginning of the meal.
