Glucadol is a food supplement based on glucosamine. Glucosamine (the base of the cartilage) is a completely natural substance that our body produces itself.
Each tablet of Glucadol also contains vitamin C, zinc, manganese and selenium.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for normal function of cartilage.
Zinc, manganese and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Active components
1 tablet contains:
1500 mg of glucosamine sulfate crystalline, 12 mg of vitamin C (15 % RDA**; in the form of ascorbic acid), 1.5 mg of zinc (15% of the RDA**; in the form of zinc citrate), 0.3 mg of manganese (15% of the RDA**; in the form of gluconate of manganese), to 8.25 mcg of selenium (15% of the RDA**; in the form of sodium selenite).

Take 1 tablet of Glucadol per day (morning or evening).
The tablets can be taken with or without food. It is, however, easier to swallow tablets with food.
We strongly recommend that you follow a cure of at least 3 months.
Notes
The range Glucadol contains glucosamine sulfate of marine origin (shellfish). Whereas glucosamine is a natural substance, it is safe, well tolerated and non-binding for the stomach (well borne by the stomach).
