The study SCIENTIST is a randomized, multicenter, controlled, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. 200 patients with IBS/IBS (irritable bowel syndrome or irritable bowel) participated in the study for 4 weeks. It was able to obtain the following conclusions: significant reduction in abdominal pain (- 45 %), loss of sensation of bloating (- 54 %), decrease of stool incomplete (- 54 %) and a reduction in stool frequency (- 43 % = improvement).

Lactobacillus plantarum LP299v 10 billion.

1 to 2 capsules per day, taken before breakfast with a glass of water (200 ml). Duration of cure: 20 days.
