POIRET® is a spreadable paste obtained from the mixture of concentrated juices of cooked fruit, brown in color (the color resulting from the Maillard reaction, ie. reaction of browning non-enzymatic), a fruity taste and tangy flavour. His consistency remains firm thanks to the pectin naturally found in apples and preserved with great care during the manufacturing process
