Lactobacillus acidophilus is 8.8 mg, bifidobacterium lactis 4.4 mg, corresponding to more or less 4 billion of lactic ferments (lactobacillus/lactobactéries).

Maintenance of the intestinal flora: 1 capsule per day.
Re-composition of the intestinal flora: 3 capsules per day.
To be taken without opening.
