To advocate in the following cases:
In case of dry skin in general;
In case of dry skin a result of psoriasis or atopic dermatitis;
In order to prevent the allergy from the sun;
In order to prevent aging of the skin related to age;
To help heal the cracks/crevices in the hands and toes/feet during the winter;
Against external influences.

Borage oil officinale 200 mg (Borago officinalis) (of which 40 % of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 70 mg), omega-3 200 mg (eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 58 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 38 mg), zinc (as zinc sulfate) 10 mg, vitamin C 40 mg, natural vitamin E 10 mg, vitamin B5 6 mg, beta-carotene 4.8 mg, vitamin B8 150 mcg, selenium 25 µg.

In case of exposure to the sun: start the cure in 2 weeks before sun exposure and continue for up to 2 weeks after exposure to the sun.
Other cases: 1 capsule per day, possibly 2 capsules per day for 10 to 15 days and then 1 capsule per day.
