Cravings frequent (especially around 11 am and 18 pm)
Take 5 micro-tablets in the morning and 5 before the evening meal. Measure 5 micro-tablets in the cap of the tube, pour them under the tongue, let dissolve for 1 to 2 minutes, then chew and swallow the saliva.
Use for periods of 10 days separated by a week off.
