A complete formulation comprising extracts of plants, of highly dosed, melatonin, magnesium, and B vitamins are active to promote sleep AND sleep continuously.
This product contains extracts of valerian and lemon balm which help in falling asleep, which support a natural sleep and healthy, and which promote a calming effect. MetaSleep also contains extracts of passion flower and green tea (rich in L-theanine), magnesium and B vitamins (B6, B9, B12) to support the nervous system. Theanine is a unique component of green tea that promotes sleep cycle is optimal.
