Ingredients : the egg white and the powdered egg yolk (44% ) , protein from milk ( emulsifier: soya lecithin) , dried vegetables ( 5,1% ) ( tomato, onion, red bell pepper ) , spices ( paprika , turmeric , parsley , thyme , garlic , pepper , basil , oregano ), salt, flavourings , anti-caking agent (magnesium carbonate), vitamins (C, B3 , E, B5, B6 , B2 , B1, A, B12 ) , maltodextrin .

Preparation : Add 120 ml of water in the bag , mix and cook in a non-stick pan on low heat . Eat after cooking.
