Ingredients: milk proteins ( emulsifier: sunflower lecithin ), soy protein ( emulsifier: soya lecithin ) , flavourings ( contains : wheat, barley ) , toasted croutons (4,5% ) (wheat flour , sunflower oil , wheat gluten , salt, sugar , yeast ), salt , skimmed milk powder , thickeners ( xanthan gum , guar gum and locust bean gum ) , cream powder , maltodextrin , anti-caking agent (magnesium carbonate ) , chives .

Preparation : Pour 200 ml of cold water into a shaker , add the contents of the packet ( 27 g ) . Shake well until complete dissolution. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the lid and cook in the microwave . Eat after cooking.
