Protein pancake.
With sweetener - contains a source of phenylalanine .

Ingredients: milk proteins ( emulsifier: soya and sunflower lecithin ), egg white and the yellow d' egg powder , wheat flour , pea protein , fructo-oligosaccharides, leavening agents ( diphosphate, sodium carbonate and sodium acid pyrophosphate (contains : wheat) ), salt, stabiliser ( potassium phosphate ), acid ( citric acid) , vitamins (C, B3 , E, B5, B6 , B2 , B1, A, B12 ) , of maltodextrin , anti -caking agent (magnesium carbonate), sweetener ( aspartame ), aromas , colorant ( tartrazine ) .

Preparation : Pour 110 ml of water in a shaker and add the contents of one sachet ( 29 g ) . Shake well until complete dissolution. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook both sides for about 1 minute.
