Drinks: water each preparation; you can also drink soy milk with skim, tea or coffee without sugar. Do not drink alcohol, or soft drinks;

In the phase \"FAST\", we increase protein intake and limit the intake of fat and carbohydrates, so the body must draw on its fat in order to consume energy. Meanwhile, the proteins that protect our muscle mass and provide satiety, which helps our body to stay in optimal balance during this period.
