Formula :
Konjac : a Native of Asia, it is a traditional food and natural, rich in soluble fibre called glucomannanes.

1. Cooking and preparation
Drain the Noodles, rinse thoroughly with clear water for 2-3 minutes. The smell of the sea at the opening is normal and disappears after rinsing.
· In the microwave : Reheat for 1 minute in the sauce made.
. In a bain-marie : Reheat 1 minute in the boiling water and add them with the sauce of your choice.

2. Conservation
Do not freeze or store in a cool place. After opening, the Noodles of Konjac can be stored in a bowl of water for 3 days in the refrigerator.
Ingredients : Water, spinach powder 5 %, powder of konjac as 3.6 %, acidity regulator : calcium hypochlorite.
