The method Protiplus 3.2.2 will alternate three days of strict diet and two day diet easier, while you can eat normally (but light) during the weekend. This alternate days allows you to meet more easily your diet and avoid the yo-yo effect.
Attack Phase:
three days of intensive diet.
During the attack phase, you follow a programme of thinning intensive for three days and lose weight quickly.
You eat, during these days, always 3 milkshakes or puddings Protiplus hyperprotéinés and 2 bars Protiplus. You fill these products by vegetables and yogurt (with fruit) or lean white cheese.
Vegetables: asparagus, eggplant, cauliflower, beans, broccoli, zucchini, green cabbage, cucumbers, celeriac, mushrooms, hearts of palm, peppers, leeks, radishes, turnips, red beets, red cabbage, salsify, celery, lettuce (all kinds), beets, green beans, spinach, tomatoes, onions, fennel, chicory, carrots. You can consume these vegetables raw, steamed or in a broth, provided that you do not use of fat.
You can eat 200 to 300 g of vegetables 2 times per day. Optionally, you can season the vegetables through the sauce, lite/light (see below).
Attention: you can consume or fruits, or fat, or foods that are rich in carbohydrates such as potatoes, pasta and rice during this phase.
Creamy white cheese Sauce: mix two tablespoons of low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese with a little mustard, pepper, salt, and fresh spices finely chopped (chives, coriander, basil ...).
As flavoring you can also add vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, onions, gherkins, capers, paprika, curry, dill, mint, and all sorts of other spices.
You will use this sauce several times during the program. Therefore, be creative and vary!
Tomato Sauce: cook tomatoes, garlic, onions and thyme over low heat and stir everything well.
Plenty of water: drink 1 large glass of water on an empty stomach and 2 glasses for the meal.
In addition, try to drink at least 1.5 litres of water in between meals, during the attack phase.
This increases the feeling of satiety, facilitates digestion and helps eliminate waste. Drink preferably plain water rich in minerals.
The progressive phase:
two additional days of diet with ProtiPlus and meals, light and well-balanced.
The phase of the return to normal: two days of normal diet (light).
You can repeat this program for 1 week as many times as you want, until you have reached your ideal weight!
