100 ml cont. : Asclepias vincetoxicum, folia D4, Argentum nitricum D10, Echinacea angustifolia D6, Euphorbium officinarum D6, Hepar sulphuris calcareum D10, Luffa operculata D6, Pulsatilla D2, Sulphur D6, 1 ml each. Contains 45 vol. -% alcohol.

Chronic sinusitis (maxillary sinus, frontal sinus, sinus etmoïdal, sphenoid sinus); catarrh of the ear canals, and dropsy of the middle ear.

Adults : In general, 10 drops 3 times per day. In acute cases, initially 10 drops every 15 minutes, then reduce the dose to 10 drops 6 times per day.
