Herbal medicine for the relief of insomnia and nervousness light.

Adults and children from 12 years

• Relief of insomnia: 1 tablet, half an hour or an hour before going to bed. If necessary, take 1 extra tablet during the evening.
• Relief of nervousness, light: 1 tablet, 1 to 3 times per day.
• Max. 4 tablets per day.
• To obtain an optimal effect of the treatment, continued use for 2 to 4 weeks is recommended.

Mode of administration

• The coated tablet should be swallowed, without chewing, with a quantity of liquid sufficient
• Regardless of the meal.

If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the extract of the valerian root or any of the other components in Dormiplant Mono 500 mg.

-The active substance:

1 coated tablet contains

500 mg of dry extract of valerian root.

- The other ingredients:

microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate mágnesium, methylcellulose, hydrogenated castor oil, sodium saccharin, precipitated silica, simethicone, sorbic acid, stearic acid, talc, vanillin, titanium dioxide (E 171), indigo carmine (E 132).
