Active ingredients :

The active ingredients of a tablet 301,5 mg are : spongia tosta D3, 150 mg; calcarea iodata D4 90 mg, silicea D4, fucus vesiculosus D4 (30 mg)

Excipients:

Lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate

Adults and children from 12 years :

Let dissolve 1 tablet in mouth 3 x per day.
