The fennel and anise support lactation by promoting the activity of estrogen and prolactin, which are necessary for the production of breast milk.

These 2 herbs also help the baby digest and encourage it to suckle.

Dry extract of fennel* 125 mg
Dry extract of green anise* 150 mg
Agent load : extract from rice*, concentrated ball of rice*, talc.

1 to 2 capsules per day, in the morning or in the evening, with a large glass of water.
The capsules can be taken by eating.
