Ingredients:
7-grain (wheat, rye, oats, corn, barley, millet and rice), calcium carbonate (calcium carbonate), vitamins (vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, calcium pantothenate, vitamin A, thiamin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin K1, biotin, vitamin B12), pyrophosphate of iron, iodide of potassium.

protein 12.4 g, carbohydrates/carbohydrates 70 g (sugar 2.5 g), fat 1.5 g (saturated 0.3 g), fibre 9.5 g, Na, 0.02 g, Ca 110 mg, Fe 12 mg, I, 100 mcg, vitamins (vitamin A 530 ág ER (equivalent to retinol), vitamin D3 16,5 µg, vitamin E 2.3 mg ?-AND (equivalent alpha-tocopherol), vitamin K1, 4 µg, vitamin B1 0.8 mg, vitamin B6 0.7 mg, niacin with 9.7 mg (equivalent niacin), biotin 8 mcg, folic acid 56 mcg, vitamin B12 0.4 mg, pantothenic acid 2 mg, vitamin C 30 mg).

Features
Olvarit 7 Cereals to the cereal flakes ready-to-use. Strengths: extremely convenient to bind/thicken the bottle, the vegetable puree, the \"soup\" of fruits or of boiled milk. Contain iron supplements, vitamins, gluten and only natural sugars. The dietary fiber stimulate intestinal function of the child.
Suitable for babies from the age of 6 months.

Bottle:
Prepare the bottle (250 ml) of milk for infant. Then add 2 teaspoons well clear of cereal flakes per 100 ml and shake the bottle (or roll between the hands). Finally, put the nipple.
Vegetable puree:
Cook 150 g of vegetables and of the crush. Then, add 3 tablespoons well clear of cereal and a dab of butter. Finally, mix well the all.
Mess of fruit:
Peel 150 g of fruit and crush (squeeze the citrus fruit). Then, add 3 tablespoons well clear of cereals. Finally, mix well the all.
Milk porridge:
Add 2 tablespoons well clear of cereal per 100 ml of formula milk warm. Finally, mix well the all.
Conservation/Sustainability
After opening the box: can be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks in a cool and dry place.
