WHEN TO USE'NESI-PHYSIO SEA WATER ?

• Sea water isotonic : Adults and children from 3 months

• In case of cold or rhinitis : renewing the spray as often as necessary to

really clear the nose and eliminate phlegm within the limit of 6 applications per day. The

product-based sea-water diluted, the use is possible during pregnancy and

breastfeeding

'NESI-PHYSIO SEA WATER ISOTONIC is intended to:

• hygiene nasal daily

• the humidification of the nasal cavity

• to remove the excess mucus.

Keep the product in a vertical position.

Put the nasal tip in place on first use.

• Tilt the head to the side and insert the tip gently into one nostril.
• Pressure frank and brief. Leave on for a few seconds.
• Renew the operation in the other nostril.
• Blow your nose.
• Renew the operation until you release the full nose in the limit of 3 sprays per nostril.
• Wash the mouthpiece under warm water after each use to avoid the risk of infection.
