The website Selfpharma and its mobile application is the virtual extension as well as an integral part of our pharmacy Selfpharma.

The professional confidentiality policy of our pharmacy is extended to all information about our customers and patients.

Selfpharma ensures your privacy/personal data and always acts, in this context, in accordance with Belgian law (Law of 8th December 1992 on the protection of personal data) and European law on privacy (Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation). By using our website or one of our mobile apps, you accept the way Selfpharma collects and processes personal data.

Selfpharma undertakes to take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, unintentional modification, damage or disclosure.

  1. You can see some information on our website without disclosing your personal data. Only your IP address is registred. To download our mobile application, you have to create a Google account and associate it with your mobile phone (read Google privacy rules about this). Then you can download our mobile app without sharing us any personal data.

  2. However you have to be registred:

  • to create an account

  • to subscribe to the newsletter

  • to order or to send a prescription

  • to take part in our game-contests

During the registration process, you have to provide a username (e-mail address) and a password. Then you have to provide the following information: your full name, address, email address, mobile and/or home phone number, birthday, company name and other contact information such as health problems you want to share with us. You can finally choose to receive the newsletter and/or receive our special deals.

By communicating these personal data, you give Selfpharma the right to retain and process the data for the purposes listed.

You can access (via your login/e-mail address and personal password) to all available data about you on the website or the e-commerce application of Selfpharma for consultation or modification.

Your username and password are strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for the security of your password and you need to prevent any kind of abuse. All activities performed on this website with your password and your user name are considered yours. In case of loss of these login details or if you suspect that your privacy has been violated, please contact us immediately.

These informations are stricly used for the processing of your orders.

- Your full name, your language, title, birthday, history of your orders.
