MOUNTAIN HONEY
The honey is a natural plant product. The honey of Soria Natural is produced by bees in high elevations (1200-3000 m), away from any form of pollution. The honey is extracted by centrifugal cold, and is a decadent combination of pine, lavender, thyme, rosemary, marjoram and heather wild.
Composition: 15-21% water, 70-80% sugar (40% fructose, 30% glucose, 10% polysaccharides). Enzymes: sucrase, amylase, glucoseoxydase, phosphatase, catalase; minerals: potassium 30-55%, sodium 3-10%, calcium of 0.5-8%, phosphorus 3-26%, magnesium 0.5-2%, sulfur of 0.5-4%, chlorine 1-21%, silicon 0.2 to 5%, iron, copper, manganese. Vitamins: C, B1, B2, biotin, pantothenic acid, folic, glucuronic, acetic, lactic, succinic, formic, citric, butyric acid, essential oils, pinocembrine; amino acids 14 essential amino acids, especially proline, and acetylcholine.
Mode of employment: for use internally and externally.
