Phytosun Rosemary ABV 5ML Contributes to e. a. to:.relieve sore throat, cold hands and feet, concentration problems, Help to improve the tolerance of some Essential Oils.

Helps, e. a. to:

• help to improve the tolerance of some Essential Oils.

Oral use: 1 drop on a compressed neutral, maximum, 1 time per day. In case of sensitivity: ¼ of a tablet, a maximum of 4 times per day.

Cutaneous way: 1 pure drop locally or 2 to 5 drops diluted in a Vegetable Oil, 3 times per day.

Broadcast: a Few drops in combination with other Essential Oils.

PRECAUTIONS :

• The H. E. are distillates of aromatic plants. In their pure forms, they should always be used with caution and in full knowledge of the cause, following the advice of a pharmacist or an aromatherapist.
• By measure of precaution, it is better not to use the H. E. in children under the age of 3 (some H. E. are also not suitable for older children), or in pregnant or lactating women.
• The people at the skin hypersensitive, or who have never used H. E. should do a skin test before use by applying 1 drop to the crook of the elbow. Do not use the H. E. in the event of redness.
• Do not exceed the daily dose recommended.
• Food supplements can not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, neither a healthy life style.
• Never give an oral presentation on the H. E. to children under 12 years of age.
• In case of accidental ingestion, do not (do) throw up, but (to give) drink an edible Vegetable Oil and consult the Poison Center (070/245245).
• Avoid exposure to the sun or ultraviolet light if the H. E. were applied on the skin, in order to prevent any risk of photosensitivity.
• Avoid any contact of the H. E. with the eyes, the ears, the nose, the genitals. Never inject the H. E. in the body.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Never expose the H. E. at elevated temperatures. They are evanescent and flammable.
• Close well the bottle of H. E. and protect them from the light as well as heat. Thus, they will keep from 3 to 5 years.

Below, you will find a few practical applications with the Essential Oil Laurel noble. The compositions were formulated by our aromatherapist Muriel Loos.

BROADCAST:

Improve concentration (exams) : deliver 4 drops of Rosemary cineol, 2 drops Laurel and 2 drops of bitter Orange for 1 hour in the diffuser (type Nevado).

WAY SKIN:

Prepare yourself before exercise sports : combine 30 drops of Rosemary cineol, 30 drops of Lavender abrial, 30 drops of Wintergreen and 10 drops of Everlasting in 30 ml of Macadamia. A massage before and after sport.

Stimulate the microcirculation : combine 30 drops of Rosemary cineol, 30 drops of Cypress, 30 drops of Virginia Cedar and 10 drops of Peppermint (do not add the Peppermint to the people suffering from high blood pressure) in 30 ml of Macadamia nuts for a fresh effect.

Wash your oily hair : add 1 drop of Rosemary cineole in a dose of shampoo.

ORAL :

Clear the airway : put 2 drops on a neutral. To be repeated 3 times per day for a maximum of 7 days.

AROMATIC BATH TO SOOTHE THE MUSCLES AFTER The EFFORT SPORTS :

Put in a dose of shower gel 4 drops of Rosemary cineol, 3 drops of Lavender abrial, 2 drops of Wintergreen and 1 drop of Everlasting. Emulsionnez and add to the bath water below the faucet.

GROG AROMATIC TO FIGHT FATIGUE :

Combine 10 drops of Rosemary cineol, 20 drops of scots Pine, 20 drops of the \"Épinette\" black and 20 drops of Ravintsare in a bottle in dark glass. Put 2 drops of this mixture in 5 ml of honey, mix well and add to a cup of warm water.
