8 ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OILS : Eucalyptus globulus, Peppermint curly dock, Peppermint, Niaouli, Pine, Ravintsara, Tea tree and Thyme thymol, the virtues assainissantes, purifying and soothing.

1 capsule per day.

1/ Use with a bowl : put a whole capsule in a bowl, then pour the simmering water (not boiling) to dissolve the capsule. Place your head over the bowl after you have it covered with a towel.

2/ Use with an inhaler electric : put a whole capsule in the tank of the inhaler, and then pour the cold water and turn the unit on. Once the steam is created, place your nose and mouth in the nasal tip of the inhaler.

Inspire the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

Not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant or nursing women, people with a history of convulsive disorders or epilepsy. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the constituents. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. Do not swallow. If SWALLOWED : immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor / physician. DO NOT induce vomiting.

For undiluted product : avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes (excluding the nasal mucous membranes respiratory) and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH SKIN : wash with plenty of soap and water. In case of skin irritation or rash occurs : consult a doctor. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with the regulations local / regional / national / international. Do not use more than 5 consecutive days.

Keep away from light, air and warmth in its original packaging. In the event of consultation of a doctor, keep at the disposal of the case or the label.
