Vitamin C invigorates and strengthens the immune system and the body's resistance against infections.

The Coleus forskohlii is rich in colforsine, which have a calming effect and is simultaneously broncho-dilatrice and vaso-constrictive.

Echinacea purpurea reduces the symptoms that are at the base of colds/colds and speeds healing without being a drug.

The poppy softens the throat.
