Beneficial Action on the nasal passages.
Spread : 3 to 4 drops in a bowl of hot water or a diffuser. Dermal : Pure : 1 to 2 drops on the chest, the wrist, the forehead, etc. Dilute : 5 drops in 10 drops of vegetable oil, to use as oil for the chest. Bath : max. 7 drops diluted in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
